Eating well and feeling good is the winning combo for Chef JJ's guest Tiffany Battle. He makes Grilled Ahi Tuna with Soba Noodle Salad. He also makes Mushroom Kale Fonio Bowls, then serves up a Ginger Citrus Spritzer.

Chef JJ shares some of his special memories of cooking, eating, and celebrating his Puerto Rican roots. He cooks up a layered plantain lasagna called Pastelón and soupy rice known as Asopao.
