Ghosts
Samantha, a cheerful freelance journalist, and Jay, an up-and-coming chef from the city, throw both caution and money to the wind when they decide to convert a huge run-down country estate they inherited into a bed and breakfast -- only to find it's inhabited by the many spirits of deceased residents. The departed souls are a close-knit, eclectic group that includes a saucy Prohibition-era lounge singer, a pompous 1700's Militiaman, a '60s hippie fond of hallucinogens and an overly upbeat '80s scout troop leader. If the spirits were anxious about the commotion a renovation and B&B will create in their home, it's nothing compared to when they realize Samantha is the first live person who can see and hear them.

Ghost Hunters
What started as a pair of plumbers moonlighting as ghostbusters for clients who reported unusual phenomena, has turned into its own phenomena. The Atlantic Paranormal Society, founded in 1990 as an extension of Jason Hawes' and Grant Wilson's interest in the paranormal, has found a global interest. Renowned TAPS team members Hawes, Steve Gonsalves and Dave Tango, along with Shari DeBenedetti, reunite to revisit their most chilling cases and investigate disturbing new hauntings.

Weird or What?
Each episode of "Weird or What?" features three stories of the bizarre and unexplained. Hosted by William Shatner, the show examines supernatural and scientific theories that try to explain the story presented, sometimes even conducting tests as proof of a theory's plausibility. Aliens, ghosts, monsters and natural disasters are among the odd occurrences featured on the show. The goal? Help increase viewers' understanding of what is real, what isn't, and what is just weird.

Deadbeat
Kevin Pacalioglu (played by the infinitely likeable Tyler Labine), is definitely not your average New Yorker. "Pac," as he's known, is rather clueless, and definitely short on money, but he does have a gift that sets him apart -- he sees dead people. And talks to them. And tries to help them resolve their unfinished issues, though he readily admits there's not a lot of money to be made in helping ghosts. A stay in jail introduces Pac to Clyde Shapiro, an equally unambitious resident of Brooklyn, who allows Pac to share his apartment. Once he learns Pac's secret, though, he eagerly offers to help Pac use his gift to make money.
