Nanny Abduction Murder Trial

Opening statement was graphic and detailed on how Jennifer Fulford was kidnapped and later murdered. Stand accused and facing the death penalty in his alleged role in her death was the defendant - Scott Nelson. He was accused of kidnapping Fulford, duct-tapping her in the back of her car, stealing her car to force her to withdraw $300 from her bank account, then finally stabbing and suffocating her to death leaving her body dumped into a wooded area.
